Letters are mailed on the 16th of each month. If you signed up before the 15th, you will get that months’ letter. If you signed up after the 15th, you will get the following month’s letter. U.S. members should receive theirs in 3-8 days. International members may take 2-6 weeks.

Sometimes letters bounce back or get lost in the mail. PLEASE double check your name and address when subscribing. If your letter returns to us, we will contact you. If it gets lost in the mail, we will do what we can to find it.

You can cancel your subscription at any time! Simply go into your account at A Tiny Spark, scroll to the bottom to “manage your subscription,” type in your email address and cancel your subscription.
